not so manly

A few days ago I wrote about my little boy and

how incredibly energetic he is and perhaps I came across

as complaining but I am human and I do have my days

of needing a break from all that energy...however, then there are

the times when he is not feeling so well and rather pathetic

acting and well he melts my heart and out comes my

softer side...and this is what I end up with...

a sleepy baby...{4 year old baby} oh what an angel - he can be.

Another not so manly issue I have is card making with a manly theme

even my cards come out rather boyish and here is one I recently made.

I love the layers and the images I used but still I think the main image of the boys is rather small and makes the card look a bit off - I like it but I am not in LOVE with it.

Well back to the drawing board...
