Hey Chickie Babee

I am so in LOVE with this March weather this year.

It is a mix of brisk cool breezes and sunshine (not HOT sunshine) but just clear blue skies with sun shining through...sheer beauty!

I have a Spring Boutique next weekend and have been happily creating little Spring scenes...I have some vintage bunnies & chicks and some handmade pompom chicks...and these bits & bobs/trinkets that I am adding

to accent my scenes...

So here is my first scene: I'm calling it CHICKIE BABEE

I buy odd things - and that blue base is one of those oddities - I bought a bag full of wooden bits - it could have been a candle base - it was wood brown and stained - then I added that vintage metal candle wax catcher and made a small nest out of moss and of course added some eggs & a carrot and that there chick is handmade by me out of pom poms. I added the JOY banner using JBSs new banner punch...

I am truly in love with this piece.
